Joe Biden will be out there stumping for the Democratic ticket. Both Barack Obama and Mitt Romney have snagged speaking slots at the Clinton Global Initiative Convention. And the Republican ticket will meet up in the afternoon in one place, after hitting different venues in the morning. Originally, Rand Paul was scheduled to attend the Dayton airport event, but by early yesterday evening, media advisories from the campaign were only announcing Romney and Ryan.
