Steve King: "All Americans have health care"

Yes, according to Rep. Steve King (R, Of Course-IA), "All Americans have health care, every single one."

Yes! We all have health care! Except for the tens of thousands who die from lack of insurance each year:

Nearly 45,000 people die in the United States each year -- one every 12 minutes -- in large part because they lack health insurance and can not get good care, Harvard Medical School researchers found in an analysis released on Thursday.

So far, King's statement is in contention for stupidest proclamation of the day, but there are still a lot of debating hours left on the floor, so who knows if he'll keep the title or not.
