In the last two years, we've marveled at the National Review's Kathryn Jean Lopez's insanity more than once.
There was November 2006, when she swore up and down that Santorum was a strong closer and would win reelection in Pennsylvania. Bob Casey kicked his ass by 18 points.
There was her inability to understand how anyone could not think condoms evil.
And just a few months ago we laughed and laughed at her fantasies of George Bush becoming a school teacher.
So what craziness is she sharing today?
A Lot of People [Kathryn Jean Lopez]
Are emailing me to say that they have made their first McCain donation tonight.
Maybe McCain shouldn't speak next week and replay this instead?
For once I heartily agree with K-Lo. Yes. McCain should simply replay this speech instead.
Update: Jonah Goldberg gets in on the action, quoting this approvingly:
When I lay my head to the pillow tonight, I will dream that John Kasich takes the stage with McCain tomorrow in Dayton. If that happens, you can close the books on the presidential race and start looking at whether the coattails will bring us one of the two houses.
